The new user account I created doesn't work, and now I can't login or place any orders.

This indicates that your user account was deactivated due to not passing our fraud prevention or security screening procedures.

All signups are inspected and reviewed manually, including those which do immediately pass our automatic screening process. If during manual review of an already-approved signup we find false, obfuscated, missing, incomplete, or disallowed information in any field, we will deactivate the account immediately. This includes use of a non-real name or a name that is not a person, initials instead of a name, use of a proxy IP, inaccurate address or phone information, etc.  Likewise if your account is activated and you later login and change it to contain false, obfuscated, missing, or disallowed information, we will deactivate the account immediately without further notice.
