To access webmail, go to https://webmail.yourdomain.com but enter your own domain instead of "yourdomain.com".

Enter the email address in the Email Address field.
Enter the email account's password in the Password field.
Click or tap "Log in".
This takes you to a page where you can access several settings for your Webmail. Click or tap "Roundcube" to be taken to your webmail's Inbox.

Important note: We strongly suggest that you do NOT tick the checkbox for "Open my inbox when I login" because doing so will force-bypass this Webmail page with a very fast redirect in future and take you straight to your Inbox instead. The problem with that is, if you later need to access any of the settings on this main Webmail page, you won't be able to because the redirect is too fast. 

Once you are in your Roundcube webmail area, you can manage your Roundcube Settings, for example layout and folders, by clicking or tapping Settings (gear icon) at top right. To return to your Mail view with Inbox etc, click "Mail" (envelope icon) at top.

If you cannot access webmail using the URL provided in the first paragraph above, first ensure you have no typos in the address. If you still cannot access webmail (for instance if you get a 404 Not Found page or are redirected to your main website), your domain may be using a custom DNS configuration, which will require you to use a servername-based URL along with the webmail port. If this is the case, please submit a Helpdesk Ticket and we will provide you with the correct webmail URL you can use, which will be specific to your own server and situation.
