To set up POP or IMAP email in your email apps such as Outlook or Mail, please refer to the instructions provided in your hosting "Welcome" email. This contains all of the settings required for POP and IMAP, with server/hostnames, username, port numbers, etc.
You can also view these settings in cPanel > Email Accounts > Manage > Configure: Connect devices.
