If you get an email like the example described below, do not click on any links in it. It is a dangerous, malicious email, is not from us, and is not from your own domain. The sender is trying to make you think you need to click a link, when actually what they're trying to do is infect your computer with a drive-by download of malware or ransomware and/or harvest your login information. Data in brackets [ ] below indicates a variable that will be different for you, depending on date, time, your own email address, etc. The links in the email example below have been disabled for your safety.

You recently made a request to deactivate [your email address]. This request will be processed shortly.
If you did not make this request, cancel the request now.If you do not cancel this request, your account will be deactivated and all your email data will be lost.
