12:05pm EST: We are aware of problems with Gemma and Azura servers being unreachable today. It appears one of the power distribution units (PDUs) at the datacenter which services our equipment has failed. We are awaiting an update and ETA to fix from the datacenter at this time and will update you here in this announcement as soon as we know more.
1:05pm EST: The datacenter team is actively working on replacing the power distribution unit (PDU) which has failed. We do not have an ETA from the datacenter but our estimate would be around 60-90 minutes for this work to be completed and service to be restored.
1:40pm EST: PDU has been replaced and servers are back online.
