We are aware of a service outage and are working to determine the source of the problem, which appears to be originating with the data center. Updates will be posted here or to the server status page as we have them.
Update 2010 hrs: Connectivity has been restored. We are still working on getting an explanation from the data center.
Feb 22nd PDU issues at datacenter
12:05pm EST: We are aware of problems with Gemma and Azura servers being unreachable today. It appears one of the power distribution units (PDUs) at the datacenter which services our equipment has failed.
